Kayshauna Montaño
Kayshauna Montaño is Miss Massachusetts USA 2026, a nonprofit marketing leader, public health advocate, and founder of Fit Your Mold, an initiative dedicated to helping young people embrace their individuality and build confidence through authenticity.
Adopted into an interracial family at the age of three and, Kayshauna’s experiences navigating identity and belonging within society inspired her passion for empowering others to embrace what makes them unique. Through Fit Your Mold, she leads workshops and mentorship experiences that encourage young people to celebrate their individuality, build self-confidence, and lead with purpose.
Kayshauna holds a Master of Public Health from Brown University and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from University of Massachusetts Amherst. She currently serves as a nonprofit marketing manager, using strategic communications to strengthen communities and expand access to essential resources.
A former New England Patriots cheerleader and the first member of the team to wear braids, Kayshauna is also a former competitive equestrian with a lifelong passion for horse sports. Her diverse experiences have reinforced the values of discipline, resilience, and authenticity that guide her leadership today.
As Miss Massachusetts USA, Kayshauna is committed to empowering the next generation to embrace their authentic selves and create spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to succeed.
